Checklist for Wilderness Week

Note: Items in Bold are those you should mail to Liza Finkel at the Department of Education prior to Wilderness Week.  Send to:

If these items cannot be mailed in time to be received before Wilderness Week, please BRING THEM WITH YOU on the first day.

____ Registered for appropriate 12 credits through DCE. (must be prior to start)

____ Defensive Driving Complete (a copy of your certificate will be sent to us by Wildcat Transit).

____ CPR certification complete.

____ CPR certificate copy sent in.

____ First Aid certification complete.

____ First Aid certificate copy sent in.

____ Assumption of Risk (Health Form) completed and sent back.

____ Dewey Point One completed and sent back.

____ Reading assignments completed for Wilderness Week (WW).

____ WW equipment list consulted for packing gear (leave room for 1" binder & small notebook!).

____ Special items requested for WW packed.
