Restaurant Eugene is hiring an experienced Maitre d' who supports the business by efficiently managing the front of the house day to day functions while delivering outstanding hospitality and service.
Passion for food, beverage and hospitality is required. Candidates must have a robust working knowledge of food, beer, wine and spirits, excellent customer service skills and an ability to maintain high energy levels with poise, grace and refinement in a high volume, fast paced environment. Optimism and emotional intelligence are required at all times.
