Bon Appétit offers culinary externs a unique experience to learn the recipe testing process, gain insight into the workings of food media, hone their product knowledge and selection abilities, and learn unique and specialized techniques relating to recipe development. Duties will include working closely with the editorial staff to prepare mis-en-place, select and store ingredients, maintain the test kitchen’s cleanliness, and execute recipe tests. Candidates must be earning credit hours from an accredited culinary degree program.
