Young and rapidly growing artisanal baked goods company has an immediate need for an Operations Manager with experience in retail and wholesale bakery operations. 

Salt of the Earth Bakery is an artisanal baked goods company devoted to elevating the snacking experience. Our joy in life is reimagining classic treats, which is why we pair all of our goodies with handpicked sea salts and exotic spices. Our creations are the result of countless rounds of tastes and tests, and nothing goes into production unless it is simply the best we have ever eaten.

Must have:

  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for food.
  • Proven track record in food industry operational      management and food production. 
  • Strong attention to detail and eye for quality.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenging or      unexpected situations.
  • Excellent communication skills. Spanish language a      plus.
  • Valid drivers license a must.

Responsibilities include:

  • Quality      Assurance of production runs visually and by taste when necessary.
  • Accurate      tracking of all inventory, including freshly baked goods, existing stored      product, raw materials, and packaging supplies. 
  • Packaging      of daily orders.
  • Fulfillment      of e-commerce orders.
  • Completion      of delivery runs.
  • Management      of bakery production staff
