The Youth Garden Project in Moab, UT is hiring an Associate Director.
The Youth Garden Project is a non-profit organization cultivating healthy children, families, and community through education programs and the profound act of connecting people with food from seed to table. We have a one and a half acre production garden and orchard.
The Associate Director at the Youth Garden Project will provide leadership in the following areas, and work closely with the Executive Director to fulfill operational and organizational responsibilities. Responsibilities include grant writing, accounting, marketing, volunteer management, and special event organization.
Position requirements include previous leadership, fundraising experience, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to take initiative, experience marketing an organization using social media tools and other electronic communications, organizing special events, and managing accounting responsibilities.
