All UNH Visitors are subject to campus parking rules and regulations. Please refer to the University Transportation Services website at: www.unh.edu/transportation/visitor/visitorparking.htm

Parking for Visitors is available at the Visitor Information Center. The Visitor Lot is the metered lot adjacent to the Visitor Center. The Visitor Lot is restricted to individuals who are neither students nor faculty/staff. Daytime parking requires a paid meter or permit. Please take careful note of the following options and restrictions:

Visitor Center Meters
The parking meters at the Visitor Center are available to purchase parking time. A change machine is available inside the Visitor Center when the building is open. These meters are enforced from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The rate is $1/hour.

Other Campus Meters
Visitors are also welcome to use any available (vacant and unreserved) parking meters around campus. These meters are enforced from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Note: these other meters start earlier than the Visitor Center meters). The rate is $1/hour.

Walking Directions from Visitor Center to Ritzman Lab
(Follow red line on map - Approximately 6 minute walk)
Exit from Visitor Lot crossing Gable Way into Lot A. Walk to front of parking lot and enter tunnel. At top of stairs, bear left around building following path. At bottom of stairs, proceed straight onto Colovos Road past athletic field on right. At intersection of Colovos Road and Waterworks Road, bear right. Walk past a line of diagonal parking spaces (on right) and turn right immediately before the Chase Ocean Engineering Laboratory. Ritzman Lab is the white masonry block building on the right. Enter through the central door on the two-story portion of the building. Our administrative staff is on the left upon entering the building. The offices of the Assistant Vice President for Energy and Campus Development and Campus Planning are on the lower level; Facilities Design and Construction and the Business Service Center is located upstairs.
