Geographic Information Systems Development and Administration
The Campus Planning GIS group uses Global Positioning (GPS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies to acquire campus utility and infrastructure data for incorporation into the campus wide GIS. The campus wide GIS assists with operations management, planning, decision support, disaster planning/recovery and special projects. In addition to these responsibilities, the GIS group also administers all UNH-owned property records, the UNH CORS base station, and the Campus Dig Safe Program.
