Walt Alderman teaches in the business program at UNHM. From a Fortune 500 corporate background he progressed to education and founded the study-skills development company Focus First, llc. His business and research center on the design and application of self-regulated learning interventions, which place the responsibility for setting and pursuing goals on the individual.
