WHAT ARE CAT'S CACHE AND DINING DOLLARS? |

| These payment options are debit accounts encoded on your UNH ID card. All ID holders have a Cat’s Cache account that can be used as soon as a deposit is made to the account. In order to use online account management features, you must create a user name and password at https://blackboard.unh.edu/webapps/portal/frameset.jsp. Once that is accomplished, you can view transactions, statements and balances, make deposits and suspend a lost or stolen card. Gold and Platinum plans automatically receive Dining Dollars. Dining Dollars can be purchased separately by adding them to your online remit form or visiting the Dining/ID office. |  |

| Cat’s Cache accounts have no minimum balance and no fees of any kind. Cat’s Cache is fully refundable without penalty, but the entire balance must be refunded at once. Cat’s Cache is intended for purchases and not for cash withdrawal as an ATM card would allow. Cat’s Cache provides cashless access to products and services all over campus and at many local businesses. Cat’s Cache is available to any student, faculty or staff member. |

| Dining Dollars are subject to the same policies as meal plans and can be cancelled only within the cancellation period set for each semester (typically the first two weeks of any semester). Dining Dollars can be used at any UNH Dining establishment including all dining halls and retail operations. All Dining Dollar purchases receive a 10% discount at the cash register. Dining Dollar balances carry from Fall to Spring semester; any balance remaining at the end of dining service in May will be forfeited. Dining Dollars are available to any student, faculty or staff member. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| When you use Cat’s Cache or Dining Dollars to make a purchase, your UNH ID card is swiped through a card reader. The amount of the purchase is deducted from your account balance and the new balance is displayed and/or printed on your receipt. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
HOW DO I MAKE DEPOSITS? |

| Add as much or as little as you want. With Cat’s Cache, family or friends can make online deposits into student accounts using our “Guest Deposit” feature by entering the student first name, last name and the students IT ID user name. Dining Dollars and Cat’s Cache can be purchased by mailing a check, payable to UNH, to the Dining/ID Office; be sure to include the student’s name and ID number. The amount of the check will be deposited into that student’s account and activated as soon as we receive it. Dining Dollars can be billed to student accounts through the online remittance form during eligible periods. Deposits can be made at the Dining/ID office with cash or a check. Students can also use cash, credit cards or debit cards at one of our convenient Dining Deposit Centers located at: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

HOW DO I PROTECT MY BALANCE? |

| If a card is lost it should be suspend immediately at https://blackboard.unh.edu/webapps/portal/frameset.jsp. During normal business hours call the Dining/ID Office at (603)862-1821 to have a card suspended. Only the balance on the card at the time the card was suspended can be protected. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
