Termination

A student employee may be terminated for a number of reasons.  Fighting, physical assault, physical violence or the threat of physical violence on University property or while on the job; or other misconduct on University property or while on the job may result in termination. 

Any behavior that is unlawful or directly in violation of the University of New Hampshire Student Rights, Rules & Responsibilities is grounds for termination of student employment.  This includes theft, falsification of hours, failure to  complete job duties, breach of confidentiality, poor grade performance, etc.  The Student Rights, Rules & Responsibilities is available by clicking here

Behavior that is in volation of the Student Rights, Rules & Responsibilities may also be forwarded to the Office of Conduct and Mediation for subsequent university jucidial proceedings.  Click here for code of conduct proceedings.
