During the academic year, peer mentors are asked to have two (2) face-to-face meetings with Stephanie Bramlett and/or the Senior Staff.  During these individual meetings, we will:

1. Discuss the status of your current students.
2. Set goals for the semester.
3. Discuss job problems.
4. Conduct job evaluation (spring semester).
