Performance evaluations are an important opportunity for communication you can use to improve your working environment, and the peer mentor program.

Mentors will be evaluated on several criteria:
1.  Participant Evaluations 
Participants in the Connect Program will provide semester evaluations on their mentors.  The first evaluation will occur at the conclusion of the weeklong summer program.  The results will be shared with the peer mentors in the September meeting.  Subsequent evaluations will occur online, using Survey Monkey.  These will be provided to you as well and used in the re-hiring process for those who wish to return next year. 

2. Connect Staff Evaluations
Peer mentors will also be evaluated on their work during the course of the academic year.  This includes your attendance at staff meetings, fulfillment of job responsibilities, responding to emails in a timely manner, submission of time sheets, individual meetings, etc.
