Guests with Disabilities
There is accessible seating for guests with disabilities both at Memorial Field and in the Whittemore Center arena. Tickets are required for accessible seating at Memorial Field. Graduating students will be prompted to request tickets for their guests with disabilities when they register to attend the ceremony. To ensure that ample seating is available, only one companion may accompany each guest with disabilities.
Seating for guests with disabilities will be limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of the event. While we cannot guarantee outdoor seating at Memorial Field, ample seating for guests with disabilities will be available inside the Whittemore Center for the simulcast.
IMPORTANT: Accessible Shuttle service will run only from Parking Lot B to Memorial Field and the Whittemore Center Arena. To reach Parking Lot B, exit Route 4 at Madbury Road and follow the signs to Lot B. Shuttles will run beginning at 7:00 a.m. (no permit required). You will not be permitted to stop in front of Memorial Field to drop off guests. We urge all with accessibility issues to arrive early and to expect delays in seating. Volunteers will be available to provide assistance.
Accommodations for the hearing impaired will be available. The University of New Hampshire is committed to accommodating those with special needs.
