Unscheduled Network Outage - UNH Manchester - 01/16/07 11:15am
UNH Manchester is experiencing a network outage due to a problem with Verizon. This outage appears to be affecting internet services and phone service between UNH Durham and UNH Manchester. Telecommunications staff is aware of the problem and working with Verizon technicians to restore service as possible.

Campus phone system, "hold" music not available - 01/12/07 10:30am
Because of a hardware failure "hold" music is not currently available on the campus phone system. Telecom technicians are working on the problem and expect full service to be restored today.

Blackboard, WebCat and WebRock Unavailable- UPDATE 01/12/07 8:55am
Blackboard, WebCat and WebRock are now are available for use.

The maintenance on these systems will not be completed by 7PM as earlier planned. It is likely the systems will be down for several additional hours. This notice will be updated as soon as the Help Desk is notified by the administrators that the problem has been corrected.

Blackboard System is Unavailable - 1/11/07 12:00pm
Blackboard is undergoing emergency maintenance and will be unavailable from noon today until 7:00pm this evening. Users will not be able to log into Blackboard or access Webcat during this time. This notice will be updated tomorrow morning with the latest status.

WebCat and WebRock Currently Unavailable - 1/11/07 7:50am
WebCat and WebRock are currently unavailable due to technical difficulties. A 'SPECIAL NOTICE' has been posted on the Webcat(Webrock)/Student Services page as well. This notice will be updated as soon as the Help Desk is notified by the administrators that the problem has been corrected.
