Service Outage Log File - December 2005
Scheduled Network Outage - 12/22/2005; 6:00am
A network outage is scheduled for Thursday, December 22, 2005 starting at 6:00am while telecommunications staff
upgrade a piece of network hardware. This outage will affect all Internet,
Internet2, and WAN connectivity for UNH, PSU, KSC, GSC, CES, GSDLN, NHCTC, UNHM, and the
University System Office. Expected downtime should not exceed 45 minutes.

Banner System Downtime - 12/18/05
BANNER Finance, BANNER HR, BANNER Student, Web Intelligence Reporting System, InfoEd, Famis,
Kronos and Remedy will be unavailable Sunday, December 18, from 7:00 AM until noon for hardware maintenance.

Remedy System Downtime - 12/1/05; 9:00pm
The Remedy Call Logging & Tracking System will be unavailable Thursday, 12/1/05 at 9:00pm
for a system reboot. System downtime should not exceed 30 minutes and system administrators
will bring all systems online as quickly as possible.
