Connectivity has been restored as of 10:11am Thursday, 12/22/05. A malfunctioning network router was detected and repaired

Unscheduled Server Outage - 12/07/05; 1:00pm
At approximately 1:00pm on Wednesday, 12/07/05, the Banner server hosting the PRAM database
crashed due to a hardware failure. Server connectivity was restored as of 1:20pm Wednesday
12/07/05. More thorough investigation into the cause of the failure will take place
during the scheduled maintenance window on Sunday, 12/11/05 between 7:00am and 12:00pm.

possible. Administrators plan to reboot the Remedy servers to restore connectivity in approximately 30 minutes.
