Exchange administrators are aware of the problem and working to restore service as soon as

Off-Campus Telephone Problem - 11/9/04; UPDATE 3:44pm
All off-campus telephone static problems have been resolved as of 3:45pm Tuesday, 11/9/04.
If you continue to experience static during off-campus calls, please contact the Help Desk at
862-4242.

Telecommunications reports a known problem with both incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
Static levels during off-campus calls are being reported and Telecommunications staff is
aware of the problem and working to restore service as soon as possible. If you experience
this problem, please contact the Help Desk & Dispatch Center at 862-4242 as soon as possible.
Please attempt to note the time of the problematic phone call when you contact the Help Desk.

Tuesday, 11/02/04 at 3:40pm. Exchange administrators are rebooting one of the
Exchange servers and full connectivity should be restored momentarily.
