UNH IIS Web-Services Server Upgrade - 10/30/05
The UNH IIS web servers will be upgraded on Saturday, 10/30/05 to the latest Service Pack
and security releases. This upgrade may cause a temporary lapse in UNH web services however service
should not be interrupted for more than a few minutes. This web page will have the most current

Banner System Downtime - 10/23/05
BANNER Finance, BANNER HR, BANNER Student, Web Intelligence Reporting System, InfoEd, Famis, Kronos and
Remedy will be unavailable Sunday, October 23 from 7:00 AM until noon for software maintenance.

Faculty/Staff Voicemail Unavailable - 10/14/05
The UNH faculty & staff voice mail system will be unavailable for one hour 1:00 to 2:00 AM on October 14,
for preventative maintenance by the phone system vendor. Clients calling the voice mail system at that
time will hear ringing, but the voice mail system will not answer. The date and time of this work was
selected to minimize impact on the voice mail clients. The student voice mail system will not be impacted
by this work.

WISE/Webcat Systems Unavailable - 10/13/05
WISE, Webcat, FTS (File Transfer System), FMS (File Mirroring System), and InfoEd will be unavailable,
Thursday, October 13 from 7-9:00 PM for network maintenance.

Scheduled Network Outage - 10/13/05; 7:30am
An Internet routing hardware change will briefly disrupt:
Internet service for UNH faculty and staff, IOL/RCC, CS, ECE ,ECG, NHPTV, UNHM, GSC, CLL, Jackson Labs,
GSDLN, Skanska, Fish & Game and the Dunlap/Meyers systems office. The outage will not affect
ResNet, PSU or KSC. Network administrators hope to minimize the length of this outage and services
will be restored as soon as possible.

Scheduled Webmail Outage - 10/12/05; 3:30pm
One of the UNH e-mail (Webmail) servers will be rebooted at 3:30pm Wednesday, 10/12/05.
During this time, any users connected to this server will lose connectivity to e-mail.
If connectivity is lost, users may attempt to login again and connect to one of the remaining
Webmail servers. Expected downtime should not exceed 30 minutes.

Banner Student (SIS) Unavailable 10/7-11/05 UPDATE 10/10/2005 8:30am
Good progress was made on the SIS Banner 7 upgrade over the weekend. Work will continue into the day Monday. We are on target to open Banner up for general use by 8:00 am Tuesday 10/11. Check back here for updates

Banner Student (SIS) Unavailable 10/7-11/05
BANNER Student (PROD, SLLP, and all related services) will be unavailable, beginning at 5:00 PM on Friday,
October 7, 2005 until 8:00 AM on Tuesday, October 11, 2005, due to a major software upgrade.

Faculty/Staff/Student Voicemail Unavailable 10/7/05
The faculty, staff and student voicemail systems will be unavailable Friday, 10/7/05 from 6:30am - 7:00am
for system maintenance. During the outage, there will be no access to voicemail messages and outside callers
will not be able to leave any voice messages. Existing saved messages will not be affected by the outage.
