Unscheduled Network Outage (Thompson Hall) - 10/26/05; UPDATE 1:05pm
Thompson Hall connectivity has been restored as of 1:05pm Wednesday, 10/26/05. A tripped circuit breaker
caused the momentary lapse in connectivity for the building. Users may need to reboot and re-login to regain

Exchange Server Ian Reboot - 10/17/05; UPDATE 8:46am
All Exchange servers are available as of 8:46am Monday, 10/17/05. If you experience any difficulty
connecting, please reboot your computer and attempt to reconnect.

Exchange Server Ian Reboot - 10/17/05; 8:32am
The Exchange server Ian will be rebooted Monday, 10/17/05 at approximately 8:32am. The server
will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes while the reboot takes place. During this time,
some Exchange e-mail users will not be able to access any e-mail or Exchange resources.

UNH E-mail Quick-Access Available - 9/19/05; 2:49pm
In response to continued Blackboard performance issues which have led to problems accessing
UNH e-mail, a new Blackboard module is available at http://blackboard.unh.edu which includes a
link to UNH e-mail. This is a temporary solution while system administrators continue to
troubleshoot connection problems with the Blackboard servers.

Exchange Web Access experienced an unscheduled systems outage on Friday, 10/07/05
and continued into Saturday, 10/08/05 until system administrators were able to restore
service Saturday afternoon. This web page will have the most current information at all times.

Anthony Server Unavailable - 9/23/05; UPDATE 10/06/05; 1:52pm
All file access and shares have been moved from Anthony to a new server and all functionality should
