The AVR (Automated Voice Response) system is currently experiencing technical difficulties.
The software vendor has been notified and technicians are attempting to repair the problem
as soon as possible.

UNH Banner Unix Cluster Unavailable, 1:30pm 9/17/04 UPDATE 9/18/2004; 11:00am
All routine ECG IT services have been restored including Banner, Blackboard, InfoEd, and Alumni. The problem was
identified Friday night, and the defective equipment has been replaced. Systems recovery process continued throughout
the night. The normal maintenance scheduled for Sunday will go forward. We regret the service interruption and
appreciate your understanding during the resolution process.This web page will have the most current information

UNH Banner Unix Cluster Unavailable, 1:30pm 9/17/04 UPDATE 2:45pm
System Administrators have identified the problem with the UNH Administrative Unix Cluster. Mass storage hardware
devices have failed and requires vendor assistance. At this time CIS does not have an estimated time for service

UNH Banner Unix Cluster Unavailable - 9/17/04; 1:30pm
The UNH Administrative Unix Cluster became unavailable at approximately 1:30pm Friday, 9/17/04.
The services affected include Banner Finance, Banner Student, Banner HR, Kronos, BlackBoard, Remedy, WebIntelligence, InfoEd,
and Identity Management. The System Administrators are currently diagnosing the problem, and there is
no estimated time when these systems will become available. This web page will have the most current information
