Banner Finance/HR/Webi Downtime 9/25/03
The front-end servers for BANNER Finance/HR and Web Intelligence will be
unavailable between 7 PM and 9 PM on Thursday, September 25 for
software maintenance.
Forest Park Cable Network Downtime - 9/26/03
The Forest Park cable modem network (Internet connectivity) will be down for maintenance on
Friday, 9/26 from 8:00am - 12:00pm. This web page will have the most current information
at all times. If you have any questions/concerns, please contact the CIS Help Desk &
Dispatch Center at 862-4242.
Blackboard Downtime 9/26
The Blackboard Course Management System will be down from 6:00AM to 8:00AM on Friday,
September 26th 2003, for a memory upgrade. If you have any questions/concerns,
please contact the CIS Help Desk & Dispatch Center at 862-4242.
Exchange Server Maintenance Downtime Schedule - 9/28/03
Due to increased frequency and severity of security threats on the Internet,
we are being forced to more frequently utilize the regularly scheduled
maintenance window between 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM EVERY Sunday morning, effective
Sunday, 9/28/03. While some of these update sessions will require the entire
two-hour time frame, we will have the systems down for as short a period as
possible, and bring the systems back on line as quickly as possible each Sunday.
This web page will have the most current information at all times regarding all
scheduled Exchange server maintenance downtimes.
UNH Exchange Server/BR1 Downtime 9/14/03
The UNH Exchange and BR1 servers will be offline this Sunday, September 14th while we perform routine
maintenance during our reserved maintenance window of 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. We make every
effort to perform these tasks as quickly as possible to better serve you and will do our best
to make your mailboxes available as soon as possible.

AVR Downtime 9/11/03
The AVR (Automated Voice Response) system will be down for system maintenance on Thursday, 9/11 starting at
10:00am. Expected downtime should not exceed one hour. This web page will have the most current information
