Remedy server administrators are restoring all database connections and information as of
2:33pm Monday, 8/29/05. All systems are expected to be online in 45 - 60 minutes.

Remedy Server Unavailable - 8/27/05
The Remedy servers are unavailable as of 7:30am Saturday, 8/27/05. Systems administrators
are aware of the problem and working to restore service as soon as possible. There is currently no
estimated time all server functionality will be restored.

Unscheduled System Outage - SIS - 08/15/05; 4:00pm
A virus/worm outbreak on campus is spreading quickly, affecting numerous personal computers and
poses threats to most Windows computers, including servers.
ECG needs to apply patches to the front-end Banner forms servers as soon as possible.
As a result, we will be taking the machines for maintenance tonight, 8/15/05, between 6
and 8pm. While the Banner SIS databases (PROD and SLLP) will remain available
during this time, users will not be able to connect to Banner for the duration of this maintenance.

Unscheduled Network Outage - FIN/HR - 08/15/2005; 4:00pm

and 8 p.m. While the Banner Finance/HR databases (BPRD, BTRN, BTST, UTST and DEVL)
will remain available during this time, users will not be able to connect to Banner for the
