Automated Directory Service Changes 8/27/04
In response to feedback regarding the automated directory service we are working with the software vendor, SDC, to make improvements to the system. Clients using our voice recognition system will notice some changes in the wording of some messages. In addition callers will now be transferred for assistance after two attempts to match the requested listing.
