Service Interruptions - July 2003
July 18, 2003 9:01AM - UPDATE - Telephone Service restored to UNH Manchester
As of 9:01AM, July 18, 2003, all telephone services to UNHM have been restored. If you have
any further questions/concerns, please contact the CIS Help Desk & Dispatch

July 17, 2003 2:56PM - Telephone Service is unavailable to UNH Manchester
Due to a power outage in Manchester, telephone service between UNH Durham and UNH Manchester
and surrounding Manchester areas is unavailable. This outage also prevents users on the UNH
Manchester campus from calling out of state or using the voice mail system. Technicians are
working on restoring service ASAP. Updates will be posted to this web page as they become
available. If you have any questions/concerns, please contact the CIS Help Desk & Dispatch
Center at 862-4242.
Power Outage/Network Connectivity 07/02/03 - 7:55am - All Systems Restored
As of 7:55am, 07/02/03, power has been restored to Stoke hall restoring network connections.
Anyone still experiencing a connection problem may reboot their computer to regain connectivity. If you have any further questions
or problems, please contact the CIS Help Desk & Dispatch Center at 862-4242.
Power Outage/Network Connectivity 07/02/03 - 7:36am
As of 7:36am, a power outage has been reported in Stoke Hall affecting connectivity for
surrounding area buildings (Stoke Hall, Schofield House, Elizabeth Demeritt,
Health Services, Verette House, Purchasing, Pettee Hall, Grant House, 11 Brook Way). Facilities is currently accessing the situation and power/network connectivity should
be restored shortly. This web page will have the most current information at all times. If you have any
