I-1 Connection Disruption - 06/17/2006
There will be a disruption in our I-1 connection to Global Crossing on the night of June 17th starting at 11:30 pm and completing by 12:30 AM. A router that we are connected to in Boston is having code upgraded and we will be offline while the router reboots. Automated Voice Response System Reboot - 06/01/2006
The Automated Voice Response (AVR) system will be unavailable on Thursday, 06/01/2006 at 8:45am while system administrators reboot the system to complete update installations. Expected downtime should not exceed 10 minutes. This web page will have the most current information at all times during normal business hours.
