Unscheduled AVR Outage 6/24/04; UPDATE 3:00pm
The University Automated Voice Response (AVR) system is currently available and all service has been restored as of 3:00pm Thursday, 6/24/04. Unscheduled AVR Outage 6/24/04; 9:00am
The University Automated Voice Response (AVR) system is currently experiencing an unscheduled system outage. Directory assistance calls are being routed directly to telecom specialists for assistance. Telecommunications staff is aware of the problem and working to restore service as soon as possible. Network Slowness Report 6/23/04; UPDATE 11:18am
All network connectivity and connection times have been restored as of 11:19am Wednesday, 6/23/04. The slowness and loss of connectivity was caused by a software malfunction on the UNHINFO web server. This web page will have the most current information at all times. The University campus is currently experiencing network slowness. This outage appears to be affecting on-campus web pages while off-campus connectivity remains constant. Unscheduled Network Outage 6/22/04; 8:00am
The outage that occurred Tuesday morning was due to network hardware that connected McConnell, Alumni, Dimond, Pettee Hall, etc. to the UNH network. After rebooting the device all network connectivity was restored. This web page will have the most current information at all times. Unscheduled Phone Outage 6/14/04; 10:07am
The University campus experienced a brief unscheduled phone outage at 10:00am Monday, 6/14/04. Telecommunications staff quickly identified and resolved the problem as of 10:07am. Avaya CMS Unavailable UPDATE 6/11/04; 1:10pm
Telecommunications has reported that the Call Management System (CMS) has been repaired and is currently available. Technicians replaced the server power supply and all systems are online as of 1:10pm Friday, 6/11/04. This web page will have the most current information at all times. Avaya CMS Unavailable 6/10/04
Telecommunications has reported that the Call Management System (CMS) is currently unavailable due to server problems; services accessible via the CenterVu Supervisor (reporting, agent skill updates) are impacted. A support call has been put into Avaya, and there are reports at this time that necessary parts will be shipped overnight, and a technician will be at UNH sometime tomorrow afternoon.

Please note that service related to call distribution in your Call Center is not impacted by this outage and should be working as normal.
