Blackboard Login Help Unavailable - 06/01/2006
The Blackboard 'Login Help' tab will be unavailable on Thursday, 06/01/2006 from 7:30am
until 8:30am while administrators complete system updates. During this outage,
users will not be able to retrieve usernames or change passwords for the MyUNH/Blackboard
Portal. This web page will have the most current information at all times during normal business hours. If you have any

UNH Webmail System Reboot - 05/31/2006; 11:00am
The UNH Webmail system will be unavailable on Wednesday, 05/31/06 for approximately 10 minutes while
system administrators reboot the system. This web page will have the most current information at all times during normal business hours.

Banner Systems Downtime - 05/14/06
BANNER Student, Business Object’s Management Reporting, InfoEd, Kronos, and Remedy will be unavailable,
Sunday, May 14 from 7:00 AM until noon.

Planned Network Upgrade - 05/15/2006
The University ISP, Global Crossing will be performing a software update on their
equipment that connects our Boston to Durham Internet circuit on Monday, 05/15/2006 at 12:01 AM.
The outage should not exceed 15 minutes while the equipment is reloaded with the updated software.
During this outage Internet 1 service and performance may be impacted. This

UNHINFO Web Server Reboot - 05/07/2006
System administrators will be rebooting the UNHINFO Web server on Sunday, 05/07/2006
at approximately 9:00am to perform necessary system updates. Expected downtime should

Scheduled NEON Outage - 05/01/06
NEON will be onsite in Durham Monday, 05/01/06 performing an upgrade on their POP equipment.
The work window is scheduled for 12:01am to 1:00am. Service is not expected to be impacted.
