Unscheduled Network Outage 5/27/05; 7:35am
The University campus is currently experiencing an unscheduled network and systems outage. This outage is affecting connectivity to the UNH-Durham Data Center, preventing access to administrative systems including Exchange, Banner and Remedy. Telecommunications staff is aware of the problem and working to restore service as soon as possible. This web page will have the most current information at all times. Unscheduled Network Outage - 5/26/05; 5:10am
This morning, a corruption occurred on a piece of routing hardware that rebooted said device. A software upgrade has been performed and the problem is now resolved. This outage was about 5 minutes in length, and would have affected Internet1/Internet2/WAN connectivity to UNH. PSU. KSC, CLL, CES, USNH System Office, UNHM, GSDLN, Jackson Labs, NHCTC and any other locations served by UNH Telecommunications. Voice/video services would not have been affected by this outage.
