Remedy Systems Unavailable - 4/21/06; 11:25am
The Remedy Call Logging and Tracking system was temporarily unavailable on Friday, 4/21/06
at 11:25am. System administrators determined the cause for the outage to be connectivity-related
and all systems were restored in approximately five minutes.
