1 Leavitt Lane Generator Test - 04/04/04
The 1 Leavitt Lane machine room generator has been experiencing some leakage from the engine recently. CIS has been advised to run an extended load test to ensure
optimal performance which will conducted Sunday, April 4 from 7:00 am until noon. This test requires an exchange in the Data Center's power source to the generator.
Although the risk is low, the possibility exists that the generator or transfer switch may fail resulting in a total loss of power which could have an effect on service. It
is critical that this test be executed immediately to determine the cause of the current problem.
This web page will have the most current information related to this test. If you have any questions/concerns, please contact the CIS Help Desk & Dispatch Center at
862-4242.
