The Jackson Laboratory network is available as of 1:16pm Friday, 3/31/06. Telecommunications staff have completed testing of all network connectivity and will continue to monitor all systems throughout the day. The Jackson Laboratory network is available as of 9:05am Friday, 3/31/06. Telecommunications staff notified Verizon and technicians are working on-site to restore service as quickly as possible. Users may notice intermittent connectivity problems while Verizon technicians work on the equipment. This web page will have the most current information at all times during normal business hours. Exchange E-mail Relay Outage - 3/27/06; 9:54am
There is a known problem with Exchange e-mail relaying where outgoing e-mail messages may fail to send. Exchange administrators are aware of the problem and working to restore all functionality as soon as possible.
