UPDATE ON PLANNED WORK - March 12, 2002 4:00 a.m.
The schedule upgrade to UNH's calling card system did not take place on March 11th as planned. There will be another attempt to upgrade the calling card system on Tuesday, March 12, 2002 between 4 a.m. and 7 a.m.

PLANNED WORK - March 11, 2002 4:00 a.m.
Please be aware that the UNH calling card platform will be unavailable on March 11, 2002 at 4:00 a.m. due to a necessary upgrade to the system. This will impact any UNH student, faculty or staff who attempts to utilize their off campus portion (i.e. 800-769-5350) of their UNH departmental or personal authorization code. On campus use of departmental or personal authorization codes should not be impacted by this system upgrade. We anticipate the calling card platform to be unavailable for no more than three (3) hours. Should the system upgrade take longer than expected, we will post an update to the UNH Telecom website at www.unh.edu/telecom/ under Announcements.
