Exchange Servers Unavailable - 2/27/06
Some of the Exchange e-mail servers were temporarily unavailable on Sunday, 2/27/06 from approximately 4:08 a.m. until
12:37 p.m. due to a network connectivity issue. All e-mail was queued, and this processed when the network became available.

Student Network Connectivity Issue Addressed - 2/27/06; UPDATE 4:30pm
Connectivity services on the student network have been restored by Telecommunications staff and should remain stable.
Additional work has been scheduled for tomorrow to ensure greater stability in connecting to the student network.

The University campus is currently experiencing an unscheduled connectivity problem on the student
network. Some students are unable to connect and have the Network Registration page display when they open their browser.
The Telecommunications staff is aware of the problem and is working to restore service as soon as possible.

System admin are aware of the reports and have determined that a system reboot is required.

System administrators installed a system patch to correct the Banner login problem. If you continue

Unscheduled Banner Login Problem - 2/13/06; UPDATE 2/14/06; 11:58am
System administrators continue to work with SDC and Oracle administrators to resolve the login problem
with Banner Finance and HR. Users are reporting successful logins when waiting 10-15 seconds at the login
dialog box before clicking connect. If you are still unable to login after waiting the suggested time period,
please contact the Help Desk at 603-862-4242.

Unscheduled Banner Login Problem - 2/13/06; UPDATE 1:52pm
System administrators continue to investigate the problem of some users unable to login to BANNER Finance/HR.
Administrators still have reports of some BPRD users who are unable to connect to BANNER. Due to the intermittency of
the behavior it has been difficult for us to resolve. Most users are successful connecting if they wait
10-15 seconds at the login dialog box before clicking connect.
