Unscheduled Network Outage - 1/30/06; UPDATE 4:11pm
The Blackboard servers will be rebooted Monday, 1/30/06 at 6:00pm to restore all connectivity. The reboot will affect UNH Webcat services but should not impact online admissions applications or GSC WebROCK services. System administrators will have all Blackboard services online as quickly as possible and total downtime should not exceed 45 minutes. possible. To determine the nature of the problem and resolve all connectivity issues, the administrative network will be taken offline at today at 5:00pm. This will affect access to the following services: BANNER Student, BANNER Finance/HR, Web Intelligence Reporting, InfoEd, Famis, Remedy, Blackboard, Alumni, Webcat, Wise and Paybase.

Unscheduled Network Outage - 1/25/06; UPDATE 12:40pm
There will be a reboot of the administrative network at 12:30 today to resolve the disruption in services which have been experienced this morning. The reboot will cause all Banner, Webi, Kronos, Blackboard, and Remedy services to be unavailable for approximately 15-20 minutes. Unscheduled Exchange Outage - 1/18/2006; 7:00AM
Exchange e-mail is currently unavailable for some clients due to hardware failure on one of the servers. Not all clients are impacted. Blackberry clients will not be receiving email on these devices even if their email is working. System administrators are aware of the problem and are working to restore service as soon as possible.
