Service Outage Log File - January 2005 Scheduled Network Outage - 1/22/05; 12:00am - 6:00am This affects all commodity Internet service via GlobalCrossing for UNH, USNH, CLL, CES, GSDLN, UNHM, and any other USNH locations that connect to the Internet via UNH Telecom. This will not affect Internet2 connectivity for UNH, PSU, KSC, and Dartmouth College. This web page will have the most current information at all times. Bamboo (the WebMail server) The Quixote file server, where most users' files reside, will also be rebooted in this time window; this will cause brief unavailability for user files, including mail files. WebMail sessions will be lost during Bamboo's reboot, and in the event you're composing mail at that time, your composition will be lost. Internet/Internet2/WAN scheduled service 6:00am 1/7/05 Internet/Internet2/WAN will be unavailable for approximately 15 minutes on Friday, January 7, 2005 at 6:00am due to a software upgrade.
