Service Outage Log File - January 2005

Scheduled Network Outage - 1/22/05; 12:00am - 6:00am
GlobalCrossing, our primary Internet provider, has informed us that they have scheduled an emergency maintenance window for all GlobalCrossing customers starting at midnight tonight and ending at approximately 6am tomorrow. At some point or points during that window, there may be 15-minute windows where connectivity to Internet resources via GlobalCrossing will be affected.

This affects all commodity Internet service via GlobalCrossing for UNH, USNH, CLL, CES, GSDLN, UNHM, and any other USNH locations that connect to the Internet via UNH Telecom. This will not affect Internet2 connectivity for UNH, PSU, KSC, and Dartmouth College.
