Getting Started Paperwork
The following documents and forms are important for you to get started on your study abroad plans. Please note: not all forms may apply to you.(All forms are pdfs.)
For all:
- Study Abroad Student Eligibility Form - also handed out at Study Abroad info session
- Study Abroad Planning Checklist - also handed out at Study Abroad info session
- Study Abroad @ UNH: Policies & Procedures – also handed out at Study Abroad info session
- Study Abroad Advising Questionnaire – also handed out at Study Abroad info session

Registration Paperwork:
Once you have gone through the Getting Started phase, you will move on to registration. Here is the paperwork you need to submit to ensure proper credit transfer. (All forms are pdfs.)
- Study Abroad Registration Checklist (FYI)
- Consent & Agreement Form (MANDATORY, instructions included)
- Study Abroad Course Planning Form and course descriptions(MANDATORY, instructions included)
- Study Abroad Expense Form and copy of program cost (MANDATORY, instructions included)
- Consortium Agreement (MAY BE MANDATORY FOR YOU, instructions included)
- A copy of your (unconditional) acceptance into the program (MANDATORY)
- A scan of your passport’s picture page (MANDATORY).
If you don’t have a passport yet or need to renew it, you will need to submit proof of application. We WILL eventually need a scan of your new passport’s picture page! - Emergency Contact Form → CIE will email link to online form
- IA Capstone Research Project/Study Abroad Form (for IA dual majors only)
