The above teams have been established to handle conflicting priorities and peak workloads. What this means to our customers is that they will communicate with their primary person and if needed she will work with a fellow BSC person to help meet required deadlines. When your business person is away from the office, her responsibilities will be assumed by her partner and others within the BSC.

Our committed turn-around time is 24-48 hours for order placement. If you need an order faster than that, please be sure to communicate special requests to your BSC support person.

The CEPS BSC was officially opened December 6, 1997.
