Removing Containers from Inventory

Although the preferred method is to log onto CEMS, you may use this form when you want to quickly remove a container from your inventory. Please remember to remove the barcode tag before disposing of the container in the trash or re-using it for hazardous waste. You will receive a copy of this form when you submit it.
