UNH will host its “Aura - Indulge in Color” Gourmet Dinner at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 4, and Saturday, Oct. 5 in the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics building. Hosted by the advanced food and beverage class in the department of hospitality management.
