Library Survey 
The University will be conducting a library user survey during 2008 to assess the usage of library collections, online resources, facilities, and services. This information is needed for external reporting purposes and is important for the University to receive optimal funding for its library operations. Over the course of the year, you may be asked to report on library usage during a limited number of randomly selected survey periods. We will be employing both paper and online survey instruments. The survey instruments are designed to allow you to respond rapidly and anonymously. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
