BSU Revisit Day Itinerary

Friday April 4th

 

· Campus Tour (11-12:30)

       Grant House (4 Garrison Avenue)

       A chance to see the entire campus through a student guided tour. If your host         has class, you may want to accompany them to their class.

 

· Financial Aid Workshop (1:00-2:00)

             MUB Theatre II (Memorial Union Building)

             A chance to ask all your questions regarding financial aid packages!

 

· Academic Panel (2:00-5:00)

       MUB Rm. 330 (Memorial Union Building)

       This will be a panel discussion and informational forum with various university        deans, students, professors, faculty, alumni, and staff. This will be an opportunity        for families to be informed of the vast academic resources and opportunities that        the university has to offer especially as it pertains to black students.

 

· The Meeting (5:15-6:30)

       Murkland Auditorium (Murkland Hall)

       A play depicting a fictional meeting between Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King and        Malcolm X...very inspiring!

 

· Talent Show (7:00-9:30)

         Scott Hall Lawn

       This Talent Show will include performances by step teams, dance groups, and        slam poets, as a mean to showcase the talents of black students and to        promote black culture.
