Tour #4 – Saturday, December 14, 2013
Magic of Christmas, Merrill Auditorium, Portland, ME
Departure: Durham 9:30 AM and Portsmouth 10:00 AM
Tradition rules once again as we venture to Portland, Maine during the holiday season to see the Magic of Christmas at the Merrill Auditorium. Portland Symphony Conductor Robert Moody strikes up the biggest band in town for Maine’s finest holiday extravaganza. Be awed as a master illusionist brings real magic to the holiday festivities. Be inspired by cherished musical traditions that evoke fond Christmas memories. Be moved by hundreds of voices lifted in song and the miraculous story of the Christmas season. If you have never seen this show or even if you have, it is well worth the experience!
Prior to the show, we will enjoy a spectacular view of Portland Harbor from DeMillo’s on the Water. This very famous restaurant does actually float, but no sea-sickness will be experienced, I promise! The boat does not actually move.
