October 24 - Fundamentals of Health Care Ethics - The basic philosophical and practical notions of health care ethics are presented.

October 31- Death and Dying - The American way of death is explored.  Patient rights have evolved greatly and play an important role in how we face death.

November 7 - The pharmaceutical industry acts in some ways like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. How does this happen?

November 14 - Health Care & Social Justice – Health care is delivered through both private and public systems and accounts for almost 20% of U.S. health care expenditures yet as many as 50 million individuals are without adequate health insurance. Is the allocation of scarce health care resources just and fair?
