September 20 – Cutts Island Trail, Rachel Carson National Wildlife Reserve, Kittery, ME. (1 mile, 45 minutes). Only one slope. Narrow trail. Loop. View of Chauncey Creek.

September 27 – Northwood State Park, Northwood, NH (1.5mi., 1.5 hrs.). Loop, graded, mainly flat. Absolutely beautiful trail.

October 4 – Odiorne Point State Park, Rye, NH (2 miles, 1.5 hrs.). Flat, mainly, smooth trail/dirt road. Combines woods and the seashore.

October 11 – Bald Knob, Rochester, NH (2 miles, 1.5 hrs.). Hilly, steep, and some tough footing but great foliage views. Worth the effort.
