Join us at 1:30 at the Durham Evangelical Church for refreshments and time to socialize.

A brief business meeting will be followed by a presentation from humorist Rebecca Rule, bringing us her own special take on life in New Hampshire.

A short business meeting will be followed by descriptions and discussions of the Programs being offered during Terms A and B.

Join us for arefreshments and a time to socialize.  A brief business meeting will be followed by a program entitled "The Future of the Economy" presented by Daniel Innish, Professor of Marketing, Paul College of Business and Economics at UNH.

Please remember to bring a personal care item (toothpaste, shampoo, soap, etc.) for donation to a local food pantry.

Memorial Lecture - Hillary Clinton's Formative Years at Wellesley College

"Hillary Clinton's Formative Years at Wellesley College" -- Alan H. Schecter, Professor Emeritus of Political Science at Wellesley College served as Hillary (then Rodham) Clinton's senior thesis advisor, and directed the Wellesley in Washington internship program in which she participated as a student. Dr. Schecter is the author of two books, including Contemporary Constitutional Issues, as well as many articles and rsearch reports, and is the former Chair of the J. William Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. He obtained a B.A.

Seacoast Memorial Lecture to Host Sheryl Buckley MD

 

Physician-Ethicist Sheryl Buckley MD will discuss issues highlighted in her book “ Mortal Dilemmas: What You Need To Know about Dying before You Are Dying” including factors that make dying more difficult than in previous times, and what resources you can use to reflect your deepest values. Sheryl Buckley has chaired hospital ethics committees during her 30+ years as a doctor, and has taught bioethics and end-of-life issues at Hiram College.

Members are asked to bring a non-perishable food item for donation to a local food pantry.
