This program will focus on revolutions from the 18th century through the Occupy Movement.

February 20 – 18th Century Revolutions. Presenter: Dr. Janet Polasky, Presidential Professor, UNH.

February 27 – The Russian Revolution(s). Presenter: Dr. Cathy Frierson, Professor of History, UNH.

March 6 – Third program of “To the Barricades” - Hannah Arendt's Pariahs, Parvenues, & A Call to Action - Celebrated UNH professor Dr. Marla Brettschneider will define the famed 20th C. Political Theorist’s call for political action and its correlation to the Arab Spring, Israel’s Tent Summer and Occupy Wall Street revealing how Arendt's powerful radical, anti-assimilationist approach still speaks to us today as activists.

March 13 – Are Our Founding Fathers Responsible For Our Present Discontent? Presenter: Dr. Alan Schechter, Prof. Emeritus, Wellesley College.
