Nanoparticle mediated oral delivery of macromolecular drugs

 





Polymeric vesicles, obtained by the self assembly  of di and  triblock copolymers, encapsulate a macromolecular drug such as insulin and release it after endocitosis in the digestive track. Each block is totally biocompatible and biodegradable, and has a very specific properties involved in the release process
