We are synthetizing a new generation of contrast agents for contrast-enhanced Magnetic Resonance Imaging by creating stable polymeric particles containing a core made of magnetite in crosslinked polystyrene, with a functional shell of PEG-MAA coupled with a homing peptide. These particles are used for angiogenesis imaging. Immunoliposomes for ovarian cancer therapy
