Kokikai-Ryu Aikido develops each individual's strongest natural state and calm self-confidence through the study of non-destructive self-defense strategies emphasizing minimum effort for maximum effect. Kokikai techniques rely on dependable posture, logical redirection and timing to harmlessly render any opponent incapable of continuing his or her attack. Physical strength is not required, so Kokikai Aikido is well-suited to all people regardless of size, age or sex. Our gentle, aerobic training results in great stamina and agility. Polish your mind, tune your body and work towards the creation of personal and social harmony.
