UNH is located off NH Route 4
From I-95 South (Maine), take Exit 5 (in NH) to the Spaulding Turnpike (Route 16N), then take Exit 6W (Route 4 West) toward Durham. Go beyond the UNH/Durham exit for 1.5 miles to a traffic light. Turn left onto Madbury Road. At the 4-way Stop, continue straight and take your first right onto Garrison Ave. At the Stop sign, you will cross Main Street into the Thompson Hall Parking Lot (between brick gate posts). There is limited parking in this lot. Parking spaces are available for a $1/hr. fee with a two hour parking maximum. Stop and see the parking attendant for availability. Accessible parking is available. An accessible entrance to Thompson Hall is located at the right rear of the parking lot. Affirmative Action and Equity is located on the 3rd floor, Room 305, of Thompson Hall.

From the West, take route 101 East to Exit 7 (Route 125 North). Follow Route 125 North to the traffic circle. Take Route 4 East to the second exit for UNH and Durham. At the end of the exit, take a right. Follow the road to a traffic light. Continue straight at the lights to a set of brick gate posts. Turn right into the Thompson Hall parking lot.
